Adding Extra FTP Accounts in cPanel

There are many methods for creating an FTP account. You can create FTP accounts for your hosting package via the hosting company's own control panel, cPanel or Plesk Planel.

What is FTP?

FTP is the disk space where all the files of the websites are located. After purchasing the hosting package, you can throw your web files into your hosting package and publish your project via FTP provided within your package.

It is possible to create more than one FTP account for a website. You can give different access rights to the extra FTP accounts you create.

  1. Login to your cPanel account.
